Brenda Denise Dean, FNP-DC

Brenda Dean, FNP-DC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three years of advanced practice experience and over 35 years of combined clinical healthcare expertise. She has a strong foundation in primary care and urgent care medicine, where she has evaluated, diagnosed, and managed patients across the lifespan with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Her early work in Primary Care strengthened her skills in preventive medicine, wellness promotion, and the long-term management of chronic illnesses. During her years in Urgent Care, she gained extensive experience in high-acuity patient assessment, rapid clinical decision-making, and the management of episodic and emergent conditions—further refining her ability to deliver efficient, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

Ms. Dean worked as a dialysis Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience providing specialized care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Throughout her career, she has served in progressive leadership roles, including Charge Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, and Clinical Manager within the dialysis setting. Her extensive hands-on experience in ESRD management and interdisciplinary dialysis care equips her to manage medically complex patients with strong clinical judgment, operational insight, and collaborative expertise.

As a Primary Care Provider, Ms. Dean is committed to delivering patient-centered, holistic, and evidence-based care. She integrates each patient’s unique history, cultural background, and health goals into individualized treatment plans.
