Felix Mutia serves as Chief Operations Officer of the practice, bringing a background in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Information Technology to the day-to-day running of the organization. His role focuses on the systems, technology, and processes that allow Paramount's clinical providers to deliver integrated primary care and psychiatric care under one roof, rather than on direct patient treatment himself.
